Cowichan Trading/Sasquatch Trading uses Canada Post for shipping. We usually use Expedited Parcels for shipping within Canada. Our pricing on each order may vary from Canada Post pricing.
If product(s) is/are damaged during shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact Canada Post (or other shipping/handling company as necessary) for reimbursement. Damage during shipping and handling is not the responsibility of Cowichan Trading/Sasquatch Trading. Cowichan Trading/Sasquatch trading will take reasonable care when packing and preparing items for shipping.
Shipping costs are as they are displayed on the website at checkout, but certain exceptions apply. Additional shipping costs may apply under extraneous circumstances (such as unusually large orders, shipping of artwork, special shipping requests, remote area delivery, etc.).
